The best. Run by a family on their property this is a must visit for dinner. Order the antipasto - All ingredients featured are grown and prepared on the property; amazing eggplant, tomatoes, cheeses etc. You can even see the tree which the olives were picked from (see photo). Pasta ravioli of artichoke and sage was incredible. We also had the bistecca florentina which was amazing. All mains are cooked on a coal BBQ outside (again, see photo) with a tonne of love and attention from their chef. Having just been to Tuscany, this was still the best Florentine we've had. Sono capitato più di una volta in questo locale in compagnia di amici, ed ogni volta sono rimasto piacevolmente stupito. Il posto è quello che si può definire "un angolo di paradiso sulla terra" immerso in un magnifico uliveto, dal quale, presumo, derivi il nome, è dotato di ampia sala interna, di una luminosissima veranda e di ampi spazi all'aperto. Non mancano gli spazi dedicati ai bambini, attrezzati di scivole e giochi vari. La cucina, di impronta marcatamente casalinga, non manca però di offrire degli accostamenti innovativi che ben si abbinano con la tradizione, il tutto scegliendo tra materie prime fresche e genuine. Il personale, gentile, preparato ed attento alle esigenze dei clienti, si mantiene tuttavia discreto e defilato, quasi a non voler fare sentire la sua presenza.
