Pizza nell' Arte — Restaurant in Grinzane Cavour

I wish there was a way I could cheat and add more stars!! 5 is not enough. My American extended family of 12 spent a couple weeks at Casa Gianni down the road and became regulars at both Pizza Neel' Arte and Carlos Grill BBQ by Porello. Cuisine is phenomenal... Found my favorite and just went back to it over and over! But nothing will ever compare to the staff!! We were there almost every day, sometimes for both lunch and dinner.. we became friends with Frederica and all the staff. She would give me and my dad hard times with a beautiful smile on her face. Lots of laughs. You provided some pretty special experiences for our family and went so far above and beyond what you would expect from "just a wait staff" at a restaurant. You embraced us as we did you. It was laughs, hugs, and education about our two countries over delicious food and drink. Thank you for making the Vigna's, Krols, and Butlers trip from Nebraska, New Jersey, South Dakota and Arizona so special. You left life long impressions on us and we wish nothing but WILD success for you all.

On our vacation in Grinzane Cavour, we were desperately looking for a place to have lunch and found this pizzeria. The food and service were both extremely outstanding. We had four different dishes which all outdid each other. The pizza is comparable to a "vera pizza napolitana". The Acciughe al bagnet verde di Langa tasted exceptionally good. The friendliness of the waitress made the entire experience even more enjoyable. This is a restaurant that we will definitely go back to again in the future for lunch and/or dinner. The pizza was delicious, but we felt ripped off by all the extras on our bill. So be aware of this if you dine here! After ordering our drinks, the waiter arrived with a bottle of wine and asked if we'd like a glass, along with a plate of small rolls. How sweet, we thought, on the house! But it was still on the bill, €7 per glass. We didn't even get the drinks we ordered, by the way. Besides, you also pay €6 for a coperto to sit there, or for the bread?
