Rotonda 1933 — Restaurant in Grosseto

We came here on Sunday to eat fish and found one of the nices restaurants in Marina de die Grosetto! The service was friendly, speaks English and is very attentive when taking our order . Tagliere Maremmano as starter, a true hero starter with ham, salami, onionand cheese. Main course was "Ombrina al forno", a big block of soft white fish meat with velvety pumpkin soup and dried tomatoes.. delightful fish meal!! For the cocktails we went with "Mojito Hibiscus" and "Rotonda Fizz" both very fruity and also nicely heavy on the alcohol side of things.

One of the best evenings in an restaurant on a filled rooftop terrace at a fair price and high quality food.

Nice place if you get a good spot in the rooftop and you can then enjoy the seaview and sunset while having a bite or a drink. In our case as it rained when we went, we were moved downstairs where you loose all that nice atmosphere. Food was okay, nothing special; we had tris di antipasti, frittura and as main tortelli all’orata e calamarata. The personnel was nice, however, I wouldn’t recommend the place, knowing that there are many good restaurants in the Marremma area that offer, in my opinion, better...

Ristorante La Rotonda - Un’oasi di gusto con vista mozzafiato Situato in una posizione strategica, il Ristorante La Rotonda offre un’esperienza culinaria arricchita da un panorama incantevole e tramonti da cartolina. La serata è iniziata con un antipasto delizioso, che ha messo subito di buon umore per il resto della cena. I sapori erano bilanciati e la presentazione curata nei minimi dettagli. Seppur la cottura della pasta non sia stata del tutto perfetta, risultando leggermente carica di amido, i secondi piatti hanno saputo recuperare con sapori intensi e ben armonizzati. Ogni portata è stata accompagnata da un servizio impeccabile: il personale è stato attento, cortese e sempre disponibile, facendoci sentire coccolati per tutta la serata. L’atmosfera del locale è resa ancora più piacevole da una selezione musicale che accompagna senza mai sovrastare, creando un ambiente rilassante e accogliente. L’arredamento minimalista, ben studiato, contribuisce a mettere in risalto la bellezza del luogo senza risultare invadente. Un piccolo suggerimento per migliorare ulteriormente l’esperienza potrebbe essere una maggiore attenzione nella cottura della pasta, per renderla perfetta come il resto del menù. Tuttavia, questo dettaglio non toglie nulla alla qualità complessiva dell’esperienza.
