SOTTOSOPRA — Restaurant in Iglesias

The restaurant was the BEST experience, definitely visit and don't be fooled by the red tape. It's NOT closed. The entrance is currently on the left and way back. We were told about the place by our landlady. The owners speak German which was nice for us. The atmosphere here was really family-like. There are tables and chairs hanging from the ceiling which looked pretty cool and reflects the restaurants name. There are also beautiful paintings on the walls to look at during your visit. We accidentally went here on Karaoke night which was awesome. We stayed way longer than we initially planned and had a lot of fun. The food was all home made and really tasty 😋. For me the complimentary crusty bread was to die for, also the desert. Yummy! Definitely...

Profiteroles ripieno alla muffa! Posso dire che la cena ,pizza e qualche bistecca di cavallo,non erano male. Il servizio leggermente scadente,visto l'errore di alcune portate ma,essendo tante persone,ci sta. Nulla da dire per il tempo d'attesa lunghetto ,che ci sta . Però ,quando ho fatto notare al titolare,che i profiteroles avevano la muffa ed un sapore schifoso ( e purtroppo era una do tre palline mangiata alla fine) lui mi "cogliona " e mi dice che non è vero , nonostante la muffa sia evidentissima,questo NON VA BENE! Caro Andrea,una persona è finita in ospedale ( essendo allergica alle muffe ed ai funghi) l'altra ha passato una notte "da vomito". Andava tutto bene,nessuna lamentela e oggi questa recensione sarebbe stata ok,ma quando hai messo in dubbio l'evidente, prendendo in giro delle persone che si sono affidate alla sua cucina ,HA PERSO,e ogni cosa buona passa in secondo piano. Consiglio vivamente,se dovesse capitare una cosa simile,almeno faccia finta di interessarsi al cliente . Poco importa se magari a chi ha pagato ha fatto uno sconto,la cosa importante è non finire in ospedale per un dolce andato a male. Ambiente Service und das Essen war eine 10/10. Abgesehen davon das die besitzer Deutsch sprechen können war das essen einfach Spitze. Das Tiramisu war eines der Besten was ich auf Sardegna gegessen habe, und ich habe schon viele Tiramisu ausprobiert. Angefangen hatten wir mit Tagliere (Salumi e Formaggio) für 15€ erst dachten wir das es Teuer sei aber als die Platte dann kamen wussten wir das war es wert es war sehr viel drauf gerade auch Käse wo viele mit sparen in anderen Restaurants wir hatten mehrere Käse sorten es war nichts trocken. Danach hatte meine Freundin eine Pizza die sehr gut war. Ich hatte Fregola mit Vongole bestellt obwohl es die nicht auf der Karte gab wurde es trotzdem zubereitet deswegen 10/10 service. Die Salsiccia wurde über Holzkohle gegrillt ich hab extra kleiner genommen weil ich schon voll gegessen war 😂 nachtisch also das Dessert war das beste bis jetzt auf Sardinien TOP Restaurant bestens zu empfehlen!
