We visited the restaurant at Sunday evening around 9pm. There was a sign that we need to ring a bell to get inside - so we assumed that they are having private party. But without any hesitation the guy let us in even with a dog.

FOOD We ordered: Sessional ravioli - I can tell this was homemade! Extremely tasty, you just need to order pasta when you are in Italy 🙂 Tagliata steak - it was falling apart on your tongue, seasoned just right. Salad - they do not have a salad option in the menu but they had no problem of cutting me some lettuce leaves with tomatoes, brought me balsamic vinegar and olive oil. And you are also getting some bread and parmesan. Wine - some red wine from the menu. But he told us, they have also better wines not included in the menu. But we were fine with the menu ones.

STAFF 5/5 Very kind guys, extremely fast, willing to do everything you wish.

ATMOSPHERE 5/5 You feel like you are visiting your Italian grandma (even that I do not have one). It is a warm and cosy place.

PRICES/PORTIONS 4,5/5 I mean we would pay like double for this kind of a steak in Slovakia (and the quality would be questionable). So it was fine for me. But you need to order a bit more if you are hungry. 44EUR for...

This intimate and homely family-run restaurant was one of our favourite experiences in Italy. We sat outside in the courtyard on a warm summer night which could not have been more perfect. The fresh food cooked to perfection exceeded anything we'd so far in Italy. Every dish was flavourful but not overpowering. The tortellini and rabbit and polenta were highlights, as was the cherry meringue for dessert. The house wine was also surprisingly delicious. The staff were very friendly. Thank you Carlo Maria for being such a wonderful, friendly host and his mum for giving us the privalege of dining at their place. We were lucky to get a free table - make...

Great evening with great food and great service, thank you! Super nice duo and good recommendations from the menu. We had burrata and tagliatelle as Primi and tagliata (filet slices) and roast beef with grilled vegetables as main dish, everything was perfect and exactly how we ordered it (asked for medium, as typically the Italian tagliata is a little bit too raw for me personally). For dessert we shared 3 selections of which the semifreddo alla meringua (or however you spell it) was our favorite. Red wine was tasty as well, so we took the rest of the bottle home :) Highly recommended to stop by!

Cute, family run restaurant that served amazingly good food. You can tell everything is locally grown and prepared with care. The menu is small and solid with dishes typical of northern Italy. It’s quite tourist friendly with an English menu. We ordered a lot of food just to try and each dish was better than the last. Definitely recommend the duck tortellini and the pumpkin ravioli (if it’s in season). The tagliata and filet with green pepper (green peppercorn) were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Overall great experience and would go again!
