Made a big order for 3 people at the kiosk. At that day, ready orders were not shown correctly on the TV and my number was not on the list of "in progress". Also I had to wait almost half an hour for the order. Nevertheless the food was good, but I didn't receive some part...

Mi era stato spiegato che, per colpa della coda che si formava fino alla rotonda, bisognava spostarsi nel parcheggio dietro, la portavano loro…ebbene oggi ore 13:03 ho detto alla ragazza che mi sarei spostata qual ora fosse arrivata altra gente dietro di me, anche per evitare di stare al sole …stranamente sono stati veloci…altre volte ho atteso anche 25 min!!ed erano pure sbagliati i panini…si affaccia un ragazzetto arrogante e maleducato dicendomi che la prox volta non mi avrebbero servito se non mi fossi spostata!!! All arrogante vorrei dire che ho fatto reclamo, che di certo se non siete attrezzati al drive sono problemi vostri, che non c era nessuno oltre me, di andare a scuola di buona educazione!!
