Marü Ristorante — Restaurant in Jesolo

This restaurant punished me for my comment and made us pay €40 more. I did not liked my food and they changed it. And while I am sitting there I commented. I ordered oysters did not like it, pinot grigio not good and they brought my carpaccio with mayonnaise on it. I said i did not like it. So the lady came with a phone and told me that she tried everything she can yet I commented bad and I cannot do this. So I need to pay both the foods which one of it I did not eat, they took it to change. Then we said we dont want to pay service and she forced us. Excuse me why I need to comment good if your food is not good? I commented great to the restaurant which is infront. This is censorship and illegal. If you agreed to change my food you cannot...

wir hatten nicht reserviert, auf anfrage haben wir das angebot erhalten, auf einen tisch in 15 minuten. nach über 30 minuten haben wir uns hinsetzen können, nach weiteten 30 minuten erfolgte die bestellung und nach über einer stunde haben wir unser essen erhalten.

das restaurant ist schön und das essen lecker aber der service ist unglaubluch langsam… ja, wir haben nicht reservier, aber uns wurde auch nicht gesagt dass wir erst in 3 stunden aus dem restaurant rauskommen… leider keine empfehlung

non abbiamo prenotato, su richiesta abbiamo ricevuto l'offerta di un tavolo in 15 minuti. dopo più di 30 minuti ci siamo potuti sedere, dopo altri 30 minuti è stata fatta l'ordinazione e dopo più di un'ora abbiamo ricevuto il nostro cibo.

il ristorante è bello e il cibo delizioso, ma il servizio è incredibilmente lento... sì, non abbiamo prenotato, ma non ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto aspettare 3 ore per uscire dal ristorante... purtroppo, nessuna...

Great food and frindly and helpfull staff. There is a wide range of food to choose from and it all looks delicious. We had a wonderful experience each time we went there for lunch. They don't have a kids a menu but the portions are big if you don't...
