Don’t judge the book from its cover, it works the same for this place. From the menu outside it seems like a nice place with a good service, good cocktails and some food, which seems like a big variety of food. Great mistake. Most of the food is frozen, the good looking girls looking after the customers barely know what they are serving, if you ask them an information you can see them lost. But the worst was the cocktail, the worst I have ever had, not because of the taste but because it was clearly without alcool. You can fool groups of young guys who don’t know the difference from water and vodka, but you can’t fool someone who clearly knows what he’s drinking. When I referred to the owner about the drink he didn’t care less of my point and didn’t even apologize, probably thinking that the trick of serving those kind of drinks pretending they have alcohol will work for other people. Don’t get fooled, other restaurants around will provide a much better service and food, guaranteed!
*edit: in the answer below you just proved what a such bad customer service you have. We did not ask for any edit on the menu. You memory is failing you. We asked for a regular club sandwich and a pinsa without any edit since we did not even have much time. We did ask for a high chair and one of your girls laughed at us than she did not even came back to give us an answer. But we did not say anything since we just wanted to drink and eat and leave quickly. Maybe you did not remember well, but we haven’t been even provided of a drinks menu. I asked if you were able to make a margarita without having the chance to see the menu at the table and the girl said yes right away, maybe just to get us in since you were empty. In the end, we did not even complained to the girl, but I did it to you since in 20 years working in hospitality I know that the complains should be done to the manager in charge, and never in my life I dealt with such a poor management or I gave the same treatment to a customer. Maybe I spent 5 min to review your place, just to prevent someone else will lose more time in your venue. When I have been reviewed I used to take that as a lesson, maybe this will teach you how to work taking lessons from the other places around yours, but definitely I’m not coming back. (Also if you claim you are not a restaurant you should change category here into bar since you are...
Read moreThis place is good for drinks. A few uncommon and unique cocktails - Japanese Slipper, Aliona Blossom, the mysterious Okinawa - delicious! Other cocktails were excellent too. The decor is beautiful and the atmopshere is really nice - you can lounge on sofas and comfy cushions. Two staff members are worthy of mentioning - Andrea and Giulia - they simply made the experience memorable. They are both very helpful, friendly, polite and always smiling. However... The cafe opens whenever it wants to. The chef opens and closes the kitchen whenever he wants. We went there for dinner on Saturday - 7pm. First we were told by another staff member that the kitchen was closed and would open at 8pm. My wife wanted a specific item on the menu just to be told that it's only served at breakfast. Then Andrea came along and saved the day - she explained the kitchen was actually closing at 8pm and it was only thanks to her that we were able to have some food. On Monday they started opening at 9.30am and told us they would be open for customers at 10am. When I asked about breakfast, the lady said that breakfast would be served in the afternoon!!! Needless to say, we never went there for food again,...
Read moreWe have been to this place twice, for dinner and brunch. Both was OK. For brunch we had pinsa and poke bowl. For dinner we had poke bowl with shrimps, club sandwich, pinsa and various smoothies. All was good, nothing spectatular (no wow effect), but we were satisfied.
The service was fine as long as the place was not crowded. Once more people started to fill the bistro, the two young ladies response was delayed.
This place is good for breakfasts and brunch, but for dinner there are more suitable...
