We have visited this attraction as a family with two small children. It was a terrible experience. I’ll just mention one example: on a Silver Waterfall water slide, which is labeled Easy and with no height limitation, my 5-year-old and I, have fallen from the inflatable, and we both got injured. We have positioned the inflatable correctly, with her in front. Holding onto the straps, we were let down the slide by a staff member. Soon there was a tight bend, which was almost impossible to see beforehand because of the scenic mist, our inflatable got sideways, and we bumped into the side at an almost 90-degree angle, and got turned over, falling onto the abrasive concrete floor of the slide (this slide is not made from polyester as usual). I immediately gripped my crying daughter (who can’t swim), carrying her down the slide on foot, while dodging other people, who were zipping past us. Imagine if we have been hit by them, slamming our heads into the concrete. We then reached a small cross-road, where there were some other people, handing our inflatable back to us. We’ve searched for an exit, without success. We were in an area seemingly completely without staff supervision. I had to convince my frightened, crying child who was complaining about leg pain, to get back into the inflatable, to try to move slowly down an unknown path, to reach the bottom, which we did. We could walk, but I had several bloody scratches and the child was inconsolable, but LUCKILY “only” bruised. It was by then already closing time, so we gathered our things and seeked medical assistance. We were coldly told by a security guard, the lady at the desk, and then by another employee, that the medical office is already closed, and they can’t do anything. When I told the employee I will be sure to leave an honest review of what happened, he replied that he “will be sure to read it myself”, with a smug smile on his face. So, I’m not sure what is worse: that Caribbean Bay has dangerous attractions, or that its officers are seemingly disinterested in the well-being of their customers. Their Silver Waterfall slide is too wide, the inflatable is too small, it’s made from abrasive concrete, and in case anything goes wrong, there will be nobody to help you. Also, I’ve seen other concerning things, but this text is already long enough. I wonder, where are the Italian authorities, who let such a place to be open. To conclude, I have found the whole experience there to be disgusting. Edit aug20: Having seen their reply, it's even more evident they don't care about the safety of their visitors, and they don't care even if they are injured. Everyone can see for themselves if they go down their Silver Waterfall (which I don't recommend), that there are major safety issues. It's very easy to turn upside down, like it happened to us. Also, their reply contains several innaccuracies: we got to the desk one hour after close, when there were at least 50 other people around (gathering two kids, one of them upset, takes some time), I was BLEEDING from my elbow (not a "small scratch on his toe", like they claim; I have photos, which I can't attach because of Google policy against gore images). Since it's evident that the only thing they care about is losing source of revenue, I will file a complaint with the Italian Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato. It would be helpful, if others with similar experience do the same. Again, stay away from Caribe Bay - it's unsafe and you will be...

Worst water park we've been to.
Where to start.... Not cheap to get in 148 euro to get in for a family of 4, then there is a 5 euro parking charge also. By eleven o'clock all of the beds and parasols had been rented out - perhaps we weren't quick enough I suppose. Managed to get on two rides in the morning before lunch at 13.00 - the rides we went on had very long queues which were not helped by people setting up their go pros and taking TikTok selfies are whatever before they actually moved off. The staff didn't seem to care about this.
Not a good start to the day.
Lunchtime, food not too badly priced, bit into my chicken nugget which was rare, undercooked to say the least. The others were fine though, I suppose these things can happen....
After lunchtime, straight onto the rides, yes, it's all going to be fine now we thought.....
Tortuga sky was our first choice, well, we queued and queued, why wasn't it moving? There were no lifeguards/attendants at the bottom and it turned out people kept keeping the inflatables and kept going around and around on the ride. Numerous people ahead complained, an attendant did turn up but quickly scurried away not solving the problem. After about an hour we gave up, still miles away from the front of the queue.
We left the park and tried complaining on the way out, tried being the operative word. They did not want to engage to say the least.
Therefore, I am now wasting further energy writing this review hoping people don't bother going there, please we just p!ssed 200 euro up the wall, don't repeat our mistake.
Oh, and there were queue jumpers, saying they had booked a slot, probably more money.
Some of the rope barriers were low to say the least, Health and Safety is a dirty phrase here most likely - falling doesn't hurt though.... just the landing so I am told.
Finally, lots of lovely white sand around, the cats must LOVE it judging by the smell of cat poo!
Have fun. Or not...
P.s. buying tickets in advance didn't speed up entry.
Reply to Caribe feedback:
My review was based on pure fact, you were not by our side on the day.
The paucity of attendants contradicts you saying safety is important. Most slides only had staff at the top.
You obviously spend more money on you Social Media team than on the important staff required for a safe and efficient water park.
I guarantee the park was over crowded on the day I was there, beyond...
Read more! So My family and I went from Germany to Jesolo to spend a week at the beach. Today we made our way to Caribe Bay, not knowing what to expect. When we arrived there with our online tickets, a tall dark-skinned man was waiting for us who definitely decided not to let our family in because of our Christian faith. How was I supposed to know? My father has a tattooed cross, he wears a cross and I also wear one on my neck. My mother shows him the tickets and he whispers in the ear of the woman at the front desk, "We won't let them in." My sister and I understand Italian, and the woman at the front desk was shocked. At this point the situation began to escalate. Then my mother started asking what the reason was for not letting us in. The security guard chose the dumbest excuse and said that the boss/director was sitting in his office monitoring everything via cameras and that he had said through his headphones that we could not enter. What boss has the time to pick and choose people and decide who can and can't come in? After my father was outraged and raised his voice a bit, other security guards came and we insisted to know the reason. We got no answer and no understanding. The question that changed everything was when they asked us our nationality and my father said we were from Syria. Why does our nationality matter? The two security officers were shocked and said if we were from Syria we could enter, why? Because it is a Muslim country? The security officers went to the woman at the front desk and told us we could enter after asking for a reason for 20 minutes. In the end we got our money back but it didn't matter, after not being allowed to enter an amusement park in Christian Italy because a person with a different religion decided not to let us in, what's the point? It just seems stupid and wrong. We know that no one other than him decided that. One star is even undeserved after this action. And I am really angry and sad that I was not let in anywhere in Italy because of my faith. I don't know what...
