Before ordering I asked the server if the Spaghetti with seafood contain squid/ octopus. They assured me that it didn‘t while finishing my plate I had 2 bigger pieces of Squid left on my Plate. I left them on my plate and told the sever that I specifically asked if the seafood pasta contains squid. They apologized but this was it. I accidently could have eaten the pieces. I have an intollerance/ they hurt my stomach. While paying I told the cashier about the problem but she said I ate the whole pasta (and yes i did because I was hungry and I didn’t look through the whole pasta because I trusted them.) In the end i Saw the little pieces left and recognized them as squid I Left them on the plate! The cashier was very rude and didn‘t try to understand my problem in this Situation. I didn‘t ask her for a Full refund but a sorry and a little discount for the inconvenience would have been the Minimum. She even told me it was my Responsibility? I mentioned that I didn‘t want squid in my pasta and i specifically asked if there was any in the pasta?? I won‘t Return to this place and I would advice you to also avoid this place. The food in total was Not even That Good. We came because of the good reviews. This plate of pasta for nearly 15€ is ridiculous. Oh and at the end they tried to phone the chef and while I was paying because I was done proving my point to the unfriendly cashier the chef called back but she said it‘s okay because I finally payed ? She didn’t even try to resolve the problem. Update: It is really untrustworthy responding in this manner like you do. Judging us by our looks and our age instead of replying constructively is really shameless behavior. Denying it and accusing us of lying doesn't make you look like a professional restaurant. Treating customers like this who have intolerances is beneath...
Read moreCame in for a late lunch. My kid wanted a kids menu, which is not really our style, but after trying everything in our tour of Italy, I think he wanted to take a break from all the food culture and I let him choose. He got nuggets and fries, and after consulting with the staff on what's good, the adults got pizzas. The pizzas were good, the dough didn't really feel any different(we just came in from Naples) but i think the crust was basted with oil or maybe tomato sauce, or something as it had a lovely yellow tint all over. The house wine(red) is good! There are also steaks, fish and pasta and judging by the very diverse menu, it seems aimed at the tourists here which seem mostly German, so the kids menus(nuggets, burgers, etc) might be the right choice for families with fussy eaters. As for me, If I were to come again I'd try something different like pasta or fish. All in all we had a good time, and the...
Read moreI was scammed. We ordered pasta & pizza with Salami. After recieving the pizza wanted to double check if the Salami was indeed beef (which is usually the case). The young lady shook her head and realizing as a muslim i can't eat pork offered to take the pizza away & let me order another one. The second pizza took way too long to finish. Anyways, we enjoyed both the pizza & the pasta. BUT at end they presented me a bill and added the "wrong pizza" in it. (Which they took away by the way). What a shame. In a street where there are literally at least 10 other restaurants offering exact same menu, one would think a little attention would be paid to customer service. Not coming here again. Anyone reading this, just go 5 meters ahead or behind. You will find plenty of better alternatives. After reading some of the restaurants replies to the negative comments, am excited to see what type of insults would...
