Terrible slow service and blatantly rude staff. It took me 10 minutes to get a drink for me and the wife even though there were only 2 people in front of me. These people were ordering food (which was fast food being cooked behind the bar). One member of staff was cooking their food whilst another just stood there absent mindedly doing nothing. Eventually he asked what I wanted and gave me 2 beers. I later went to get 2 more beers and some chips, after another 15 minutes of waiting and not having even placed my order (again only 2 people in the queue again!), it eventually came to be my turn. As I went to order an Italian guy who was behind me blurted out his order, and my protest was completely ignored by him and the woman serving. At this point I walked out furious and we walked over to Lo Ratrak about 1 minute walk down the slope. I was met by very pleasant staff and had my beers and chips in no time! Maybe this bad customer service was a mistake or a one off but one thing is for sure about this place, if the person in front of you is ordering food you'll be waiting a long time to place...

Great spot for an aperitivo mid-skiing when you just can’t make it all the way down without a drink! I have been dropping by for last 3 years whenever I need a break from skiing to get a quick snack, coffee, water, or a glass of wine! The staff is friendly and fast, and you won’t believe the amount of complimentary snacks they provide with just 1 glass of wine! I can spend all afternoon sipping wine from the outdoor tables enjoying some sun and gorgeous...

Appena entrati i signori che mi hanno lasciato nil tavolo mi hanno messo in guardia sul pessimo servizio con cui si erano scontrati, poi ho toccato con mano, mi sono dovuta sedere in un tavolo che non era stato pulito né liberato dopo i clienti precedenti, ho ordinato e pagato al bancone il cibo siccome non prendono gli ordini al tavolo, quando sono arrivati i piatti non è arrivata l'acqua ordinata, ho chiamato per sollecitare l'acqua e mi è stato risposto che era impossibile che non l'avessi ricevuta che era sul tavolo, indicando la bottiglia lasciata dalle persone precedenti, e successivamente al mio stupore di essere trattata da bugiarda mi hanno allungato una bottiglia di acqua sul tavolo passandomela per un regalo. Ho chiamato la cameriera che mi aveva portato il cibo chiedendo se si ricordava di aver portato l'acqua, mi ha confermato che non aveva portato nulla e che avrebbe parlato con chi mi ha accusato.
