L'officina della Carne — Restaurant in Laigueglia

I chose this restaurant because unfortunately my husband doesn't eat fish and loves steak. There were four of us and, thank Gitt, we all ordered the meat sushi and beef tartare with truffles as a starter. All I can say is that it was some of the best food we have ever eaten. The main courses, steak and burgers were also very good, but next time we will definitely only order a lot of starters because they are just so sensational....

The food was so incredibly delicious that a simple sentence could not describe what my taste buds felt tonight. My favorite food is beef tartar, and the one I had here was by far the best I have ever tasted, and I say that very rarely. The staff was also very nice and professional. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for the best dining experience they had in a while, no matter which establishments you usually...

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare al "May Restaurant" con la mia famiglia, devo dire che è stata un'esperienza gastronomica indimenticabile. Il locale è molto accogliente e ben curato, con un'atmosfera calda e invitante. Il servizio è stato perfetto, con un personale cortese e attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. Ma la vera star del ristorante è la carne: cotta alla perfezione, morbida e succulenta, accompagnata da salse e contorni deliziosi. Ho provato il tomahawk da 1300 gr dividendolo con il mio compagno,e devo dire che è stata la migliore che abbia mai assaggiato. Il sapore della carne era intenso e pieno di gusto, mentre la crosticina esterna era croccante e dorata al punto giusto. Per il bambino invece abbiamo optato per la milanese con le patatine e un sushi di carne a dir poco squisito! Oltre alla carne, il ristorante offre anche una vasta selezione di vini pregiati, che hanno reso la cena ancora più speciale. Il prezzo e' proporzionato alla qualità degli ingredienti e lo rendono assolutamente giustificato. In conclusione, consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a tutti coloro che cercano un'esperienza gastronomica di alto livello, in un ambiente raffinato e con un servizio ineccepibile. Non vedo l'ora di tornare per gustare ancora una volta le prelibatezze della cucina di questo...
