The Burger looked good but the meat had a lot of cartilage and was difficult to chew. I left half of the burger as I was disgusted by it (not related to the table availability) and the staff saw it an no one asked if anything was wrong. Also they sat us next to the toilet bar as they had no tables, but when we left half of the tables were still empty. The answer by the restaurant just shows how poor service is. After a rude reply by a restaurant I reduced the rating as it seems they don't care about feedback and just make fun of their customers and make rude comments.

Update: we tried to call to reserve but no one picked up the phone. Also no one recharged my phone, you must be mixing the person. The burger was just not to my liking as the meat was poor quality. It would have been fine otherwise, yes it is annoying you don't let people sit at the table, when you have plenty available, all you need to tell how much time they have until a reserved person arrives. Just poor time management. But review was based on taste if it was good I would have eaten it all (and I am a big guy who eats a lot). Maybe it was just today a bad batch of minced meat. I...

We tried two burgers: the smash burger and the pulled pork burger. Both were very average. The meat was overcooked, well done, and unfortunately quite bland. The chips, however, were good and definitely the highlight of the meal.

Even though we had a reservation, we still waited about 15–20 minutes for our table. It’s clearly a very popular spot in town, so booking ahead is essential.

On a positive note, the service was excellent. The staff were fast, attentive, and friendly, which helped improve the experience.

Had a great meal here. From the outside it looks a bit, rough isn't the right word, but perhaps not too inviting. However inside is great, very American diner feel. The place was buzzing and the food was great and cheap (8 euros for a great burger and fries). Try getting that in the UK. Service was super friendly. The wine was excellent and the chips were possibly the best I've ever tasted, super hot, crispy and salty. Definitely definitely recommended. And the bill? 47 euros including a lovely bottle of local white wine, fizzy water, 2 baileys and a coffee, easy a £80quid...
