I ordered the vitello al forno con carciofi, I came with family and they also ordered the anilini in brodo, all the food was delicious and the service was amazing. The amount of starters we got that we weren’t charged for was enough to fill us up. A CENA IN 3: in cerca di cucina genuina e locale ci siamo fermati in questa trattoria che dall'esterno sembra una grande casa privata e può sfuggire.. , con ampio parcheggio e posizione ideale per visita al Castello di Torrechiara. CONTENTISSIMI della scelta!!! Abbiamo mangiato una super punta di vitello alla parmigiana, faraona al rosmarino e tagliata di manzo alla griglia, il tutto accompagnato da ottime patate al forno. Come antipastino abbiamo chiesto un piattino di prosciutto crudo per solleticare le papille gustative, arrivato con un cestino di fantastica ed abbondante torta fritta che con 1/4 di Chianti Gallo Nero ha aperto i ns orizzonti... però con la carne abbiamo preferito un Rosso dei Colli Senesi più pulito e schietto in bocca. Assieme ai caffè ci è stato dato un bel piattino di biscottini che hanno completato la serata. Il personale Vàlerika & staff si è dimostrato disponibile e molto gentile. Infine il fulcro di tanta bontà e soddisfazione lo si deve alla maestra della cucina Vanna che rende soddisfatti tutti con la sua bravura e semplicità. Qualità/prezzo ottimo senza dubbi!!!
