Bgud — Restaurant in Lauria

Update 2024:

Unfortunately the place's hype and the food quality definitely fell drastically over the past two years, the taste of the vegan burger is just not as good and it is just not as pleasant to be there. Poke bowls are ridiculously bad. Furthermore, the place is now always overly saturated with annoying kids and teens, being loud as hell. Staff is still kind though, but not enough to be worth coming back.

Bgud was definitely a pleasant surprise in the middle of nowhere, very unexpected for rural Basilicata! I’ve been looking for a place that would serve vegan food for a while now, but I haven’t had any luck finding anything until i came across this one little place. You can customize your burger and add sides like french fries or seasoned potato wedges (i took the wedges). The burger was great and the bun I ordered was soft and chewy despite being gluten free. The outdoor/indoor area is nicely cared for as well as the restroom. The service was nice and available to specific requests and they also offer a wide variety of breakfast options with some of them being vegan as well. One little side note is that i would have preferred having a toothpick-like utensil to eat my fries with, rather than having to pick them with bare hands but there’s always room for a little improvement isn’t there. Buonasera. Volevamo innanzitutto rispondere a chi ha messo una stella . Forse non ti sei trovato a tuo agio (cit)😛😘. Probabilmente non hai gustato con rilassatezza le prelibatezze del posto. Per il burger: i vari tipi di pane ( pizza , al.sesamo ecc ) sono gustosi ,leggeri e si sposano alla grande con i molteplici ingredienti che si trovano nel menu . La qualità della carne è ottima e si può associare come meglio si ritiene opportuno !!!! È talmente gustoso ,leggero, buono che uno è davvero poco!! Varietà di birre di prim'ordine . Volevo rispondere a chi ha messo una stella. Non ci simo abboglia....male. Locale spettacolare, ci vengo sempre volentieri perche' il servizio del personale e' ottimo ed il/la manager...beh e' il/la manager tratta i clienti con maestranza e dovizia di particolari. Il cibo e' di prima qualita' e puoi sbizzarrirti nella composizione dei burgher. Piade salate e dolci sono da provare assolutamente. Particolare non da sottovalutare, dopo aver mangiato vi sentite...
