In Cantina dallo Zio Matte — Restaurant in Lavagna

Ordered the pesto lasagna. Was incredibly oilly and heavey to the point you were just tasting the oil. Wife ordered the pulled pork with carmalized onion and fresh tomato sandwich which lacked flavour. Fizz water was flat. Glass of wine was like a 1/2 fill of other restaurants we went to. A parte che ci hanno fatto storie per non darci l' aperitivo ma farci cenare a forza, poi lì ho mangiato la cena peggiore di tutta mia vita, lunga e anche densa di esperienze in ristoranti, trattorie , hamburgerie ecc ... Hamburger a bruciati ok ma secchi come mottarelli di sabbia, poi osano chiamare ratatouille un piatto di verdure bollite, bruciate e secche Senza una goccia di olio e neanche acqua , umido ..nulla e poi i pomodori non c' erano, uno schifo totale.
