Avoid this restaurant at all costs! It does not deserve either your presence or your money. I was there with my husband last week and we were quickly given a table outside under the trees in a nice, romantic setting. But from there on the romance ended. The place was not completely full, and there were many waiters at work, but somehow nobody came over to take our order until we had been sitting at the table for 40 minutes. My husband ordered pizza and a beer and I ordered the picanha and a small bottle of San Pellegrino sparkling water. When another waiter came with our drinks, instead of San Pellegrino I got a big bottle of still water with no label. I asked about the San Pellegrino but was told they didn’t have it (although the waiter that took our order had said nothing about this), so I had to get another drink instead. This drink arrived after 10 minutes of waiting. Then there was the long, long wait for the food. In the meantime we had some entertainment - a rat (!) was running between some bushes and the neighboring table, and the group sitting there spilled their drinks in fright and were not even offered a free refill from the waiters. Later I saw a waiter open a bottle of sparkling wine over those same bushes so that the wine leaked into them! The rat visited another table nearby after this, and both groups moved to other tables. My husband got his pizza after we had been sitting for 1 1/2 hours, with no excuse or information from any waiters about the delay. My food was nowhere to be seen. My husband had almost finished eating his pizza, and that’s when I asked a waiter about my food. He looked at his iPad and just nodded, and I had to ask him directly: “Is my food on its way?” and he said a quick “yes” and left. After my husband had finished his pizza another 15 minutes later I asked another waiter about my food, and she said there had been trouble in the kitchen all night but that she would check on my food. A few minutes later yet another waitress at last came with my food, without saying a word about the delay or offering any compensation. The dish was not at all what I had expected and hoped for: the meat was not fresh from the grill, and was basically raw (I’m pregnant and was not asked how I would like the meat cooked) and not tender at all, with just a thin, mushy crust, and the fat that is supposed to be tasty and crunchy was soft and tough. On the side were a cooked and fried potato cut in half, and some barely cooked and tasteless pieces of zucchini, and the sauce that was supposed to accompany every meat dish was not there. Now it was half an hour before the restaurant closed. I was so tired, hungry and frustrated I left for our hotel after tasting the food, and my husband went in to settle the bill. He said he did not wish to pay for my dish, but the cashier said she could do nothing about it, she had to take payment for everything we had ordered. My husband then asked to speak with the manager, but was told the manager had left because it was near closing time. We had to pay for the food, and there was nothing more they could (or would!) do. I have never in my life experienced such poor service from literally every person working at the same restaurant, so even if my husband said his pizza tasted good I’m not hesitating to give this restaurant one...

main dishes: -fried sea food, too oily, wasn't properly padded with paper towels, no spices at all which resulted in salty overpowering batter that overwhelmed the taste of sea food, lemon helped a little.
-pizza was quite tasty, i would say it was okay but i expected more from the Italy's pizza. Also tomatoe sauce was the weakest point of the dish since it tasted just like blended tomatoes.
3.Service: -wasn't rude or anything it's just that they were bland which didn't really help with having romantic dinner. Also english menu was with mistakes and not up to date with prices which id unprofessional, also we didn't receive dessert menu...
