Absolutely wonderful restaurant, the food is very unique and definitely different from the typical Italian restaurants in that they are always experimenting with new dishes instead of serving the typical Italian dishes. We ordered the 6 course meal for 90 euros, and it was worth every euro, in terms of taste, quality and quantity. The bread was freshly baked, butter was freshly churned, and the olive oil was extra virgin olive oil. The magic is hidden in Legnano. Since you arrive from the first moment, you can see the passion Soul Restaurant team puts on their food and the service they offer.

I left Gloria to choose the wine pairing for each dish, and I can say she nailed perfectly. She didn't tell it, but it gave us the good impression they know their ingredients and wine providers well.

Food was enough complex to impress you with the presentation, but the taste of each ingredient can be identified on the dish, excelent ingredients, and quality.
