Incredible experience. Outside you will be welcomed by a wide selection of long dry aged meat. Inside the restaurant looks definitely like an Irish steakhouse, more modern and international though. The menu gives you plenty of choices in kind of meat you can get (from high end hamburgers, to Wagyu), according also to the quantity of money you want to spend. ASPETTATIVE Vivamente consigliato da un collega per gli ottimi tagli di carne.

LOCATION Un ingresso spettacolare, che apre con il frigo delle carni in tutta la sua bellezza e maestosità. Un design semplice, ma raffinato. Un luce tenue, che rende il posto molto intimo, per un’esperienza culinaria degna di nota. MENÙ Il menù offre una vasta scelta di piatti, partendo dagli antipasti, tutti a base di carne, cruda e cotta.

PORTATE TRIS DI TARTARE Una selezione ben studiata, con una sequenza logica creata con sapori e abbinamenti perfettamente bilanciati tra di loro. Un’esplosione di gusti sopraffini sfidano il palato a non finire troppo velocemente un piatto che presagisce un’esperienza unica.
