We visited this place last Tuesday, without reservatiom. It was very pleasant, the service was fast, the food was delicious, we hade poplo, anchovies, vongole and a chocolate flan, they were all great. Then we came back on Sunday, we had a reservation though we were late (15 min) as it was difficult to get a parking place. We had to wait another 15 min just to get a table. Thethought we got a good one on the sun. As it was a nice, sunny day plus there was also some market, too many people arrived to the town. We ordered the tourist menu (for 2 persons only) as we thought it will be faster. We were wrong. The kitchen was obviously overwhelmed and they were also understaffed. People had to wait a lot. But they tried. We were sitting there 2.5 hours. The mare antipasti was great, the mare spaghetti was forgettable, the fritto misto was nice but the quantity was too small. The pasta and sauce were O.K. but seemed to be not home-made; the "grilled fish" wasn't fresh. the worst I had in Italy... Total tasteless and too dry. (Product of the Freez Industrie?) At the sea!!!
Also the salad wasn't very fresh and bity. Don't they know the trick how to refresh the leafs of salad in very cold water? Not good at all. So we ate not that much - but payed...
