Il Pontile — Restaurant in Lerici

The older man with the glasses, whoever he is…. Needs to get a new job. Not only were we not greeted, he didn’t offer us a menu or anything. He was so hostile and just backed up to the bar for the nicer Bangladesh guy to take us. The whole time he kept tossing a bottle of tonic water onto the countertop. Real professional, guy. I don’t recommend this place at all, we only came here for a bathroom. Who the hell is the owner ?? Hope it’s not that guy because he is the worst. Beautiful views will be ruined by his bad attitude. Take your business...

Siamo entrati in questo bar per fare un veloce break dopo una passeggiata a Lerici attratti anche dalla posizione del dehor sul pontile con vista sul mare s castello...Visto che c'era gente per agevolare il servizio il mio amico e' andato ad ordinare dentro dicendo che ci saremmo seduti fuori...Il mio amico torna dicendo che il titolare dietro il bancone era visibilmente seccato...Il nostro tavolino era tutto sporco dai resti dei clienti precedenti..il titolare arriva, sparecchia senza nemmeno degnarci di uno sguardo ne di un sorriso...non pulisce nemmeno il tavolino (rimane sporco di zucchero ovunque sedie comprese)e ci sbatte le nostre ordinazioni sul medesimo senza nemmeno badare al forte vento...difatti abbiamo dovute bloccare le cose al volo(cannucce e tovaglioli)prima che volassero via..e andandose ha pure bofonchiato qualcosa...davvero un atteggiamento scortese e scorbutico!!Un brick di the freddo, un succo ace e una brioche con la marmellata pagati 5 euro...ed anche quando siamo andati a pagare la "cortesia" non e' cambiata...Non basta avere un bel dehor o essere in una buona posizione quando si e' molto scortesi e scornutici con i clienti...poi non lamentiamoci se si parla di "accoglienza ligure e torte di riso finite"..con gente come questa e' il minimo...Pessimo ci sono tanti altri locali andate altrove il mare si vede...
