The worst of the worst in customer satisfaction! Jul 2023 • Family 8 of us arrived at 8 pm and were seated immediately. They were busy but no line up. We ordered drinks and waited. And waited. And waited. After 20 minutes I went and spoke to the receptionist and asked for the manager. There wasn't a manager but a lady was summoned and I told her. 5 minutes later our drinks arrived. Not a good start. It should be noted that some of our dinner party had been there before which is why we ended up there. We ordered and waited. When we immediately sat down, a plate of French fries were presented but no one had ordered them so we expected quick service and true enough, the one of of pizza came within 5 minutes. We even learned that the pizza was taken from another tables order but he had started it so it was too late. We waited over 60 minutes for our pasta with one dish at a time coming out. We spoke to the responsible person who said everything was coming out in 3 minutes but 15 minutes later it still wasn't out. All of this was occurring AFTER the fact that when our drinks were being presented the busgirl saw one of our party complaining that everything was slow. She did not like that and on the 8th person slammed her water glass on the table to the lady who was complaining. I immediately called her out on it and told the responsible person about the issue. Then another responsible person came over and they did not care. So we waited and waited and after requesting the bill, they never even offered a reduction even though some of the pasta ordered was not correct. I have been coming to Italy for 36 years and I have never ever witnessed such an inept management team and incredibly non caring service crew EVER! The waiter was totally clue less as food would come out at other tables and he didn't know where anything went. Very long story but it was undeniably the worst experience I have ever has at a restaurant in this country. When we were paying the man even tried to say that the glass was not slammed as the table was wood. I was there. I watched her. She was a vengeful employee. As a former manager, if I ever saw or heard customers complain with that much distain I would have figured out a solution to satisfy the customer however they complicated the entire situation. Needless to say none of us will ever go back and we will definitely tell of our absolutely terrible to as many...

Having a 16 Euro Service tax while letting Customers wait over an hour for the food, forgetting half the order and letting the customer then wait over 30 Minutes for the bill is criminal. You should never eat here, just go a few meters further to literally any other restaurant. Literally insane. Waiter ignored pur table after bringing the forgotten half of the order so we could not even get something to drink. To remind you: for this s* they are charging a 16 Euro Service...

Very cozy place with great food and amazing service! We visited for dinner with a big family (about 10 people). Prior reservation is highly recommended. Service was amazing, fast, attentive and without any problems. We got a dish slightly different than we ordered and they were replaced no questions asked.
