RESTAURANT BAR PETER PIZZERIA APRES SKI — Restaurant in Livinallongo del Col di Lana

Après ski joint meets pizzeria restaurant. Nice for a drink or two after the slopes on the Panorama terrace. Food includes pizza, hamburgers, spare ribs, pasta, and fries. Prices are reasonable.

As is to be expected for an Après ski bar, the music is very loud, but they will turn the volume down once everyone goes to eat, either in the pizza restaurant, or in they own hotel. Please note: the loud music will last from 16:00 till at least 21:00 so if you want to eat in peace before that time, forget it.

I frequented the Panorama terrace, the bar downstairs, as well as the restaurant area. I visited at different times of the day, the earliest at 15:00, the latest at 22:30. On a Monday, Thursday, as well as on a Sunday.

My worst experience was the one time I ordered the spare ribs with baked potatoes. Well let's say, I tried to order it... Suffice it to say, the waitress forgot to transmit my order to the kitchen. So it was a simple miscommunication. When I inquired about my order after about 45 minutes, she told me there was 'some mistake'. But not that it was her mistake. And she did not even apologize, or take responsibility for it. That made me really feel like a second rate customer.

She didn't even offer any resolution until I asked her what she was going to do about it, "Spare ribs in 10 minutes!" was her response. Okay, but since I was still waiting for some form of apology, I asked whether it would then at least be for free. Yes, she answered, for free. But that did not come from her, originally. In the mean time, I got really hungry, after now having to wait for about an hour for any food. No bread was offered at the table either, so I ordered it.

In the end, I did get my spare ribs. They were okay-ish, but not great I would say. For good spare ribs, and other meat dishes, I would recommend going to Miky's Grill at the Burz Lift. As for this place: only eat pizza here! I did on another occasion, and this is at least something they are capable of.

Mistakes can happen to the best of us, but I still think it would have been much better to simply apologize. Whether you do or you don't, this will show your character either way.

Finally, when I wanted to pay for my drink, the younger waitress said it's ok, you don't have to pay anything....

Bleh. It is really bad. Im still sitting here and im still waiting for food. We ordered drinks first. It was long wait too. In other restaurants it was really fast but here... Then we ordered food. We said that we want apple strudel and we said that we want it after. Guess what? It came first. Like what the heck. We told her 6 times ,,after" she asked us 3 times ,,after?". Now the food came and it is bad. My mother says her Tyrol dumpling is bad. The burgers do not look like burgers and they are bad too. Soups are good. I ordered pizza 4 formaggi and it was quite good but i did not like the cheese there. I had better pizza 4 formaggi. The apple strudel was... was. We did not have vanilla sauce there. AND IT WAS WRITTEN ON THE MENU. But when we told the waiter he was like oh okay but looked like he heard that the first time. It turns out that he does not speak english. Anyways it was the worst apple strudel i have ever had. Now we are leaving and they say that they do not have the vanilla sauce today. So if you want to go eat with your family then DONT GO HERE BECAUSE THIS WAS THE WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVE...

The staff was extremely rude, making it not worth the stress of ruining a vacation over an argument. We had reserved a table the day before, knowing the place was busy, and arrived precisely on time. However, we found our reserved table occupied. When we asked the waitress about it, she responded irritably, saying, "Can't you see there are people? What do you want me to do, move them? Wait 10 minutes." When we explained that the table had been reserved for that time and asked for a solution, she became even more confrontational, ultimately cursing at us "f you" before walking away. Left with no alternative but to leave, the experience overshadowed the previous day's visit when ate there some pizza which were okay. Being treated this way as a customer is unacceptable and definitely not something you want to deal with during...
