Pizzeria Bianco e Nero — Restaurant in Livorno

I'm very disappointed to have to give this restaurant a one star. We were 100% convinced to give a 5 star review until we saw the bill. The food was really amazing, the service was also very very good. Unfortunately they tried to overcharge us for like 20% (the prices on the bill were not the same as on the menu) because we are tourists, this is totally unacceptable and therefor a one star review, sad.

update: Thanks for your reaction, I did not check the italian menu in your restaurant, but I did compare it with your italian menu on your website and came to that conclusion. I picked this place since it has such a high rating on Trip Advisor. I definitely don't regret it. I reserved a table since TA gave me the option and requested a English friendly staff since my Italian isn't good yet. Parking was a bit challenging probably since it was so late at night but worth it. My waitress spoke english, had a table ready for me (with both English and Italian menus) and she explained the ingredients from the menu also. If I could give 0 stars I would do it, but it is not possible. We faced so many issues in this place: There was not water in the toilet so I had to wash my hands with a glass of water outside of the restaurant There were cockroaches and the reaction of the staff was like careless. They originally knew about this and they did nothing to solve it. The beer we drank had mosquitos The manager of the place was mad after we mentioned the previous issues even though it was not our fault at all.
