Queen Victoria Pub — Restaurant in Livorno

As a newcomer to Livorno from the UK, I have been eager to explore the local food and drink scene. My curiosity led me to the Queen Victoria Pub, and I was instantly intrigued by its British roots.

Over the past few months, I've had the pleasure of visiting with friends, and we've sampled a variety of offerings from the pub's diverse menu.

Let's start with the food: we've enjoyed a delightful array of dishes, including pasta, burgers, and various meat options. Each dish we've tried has been delicious, and I would certainly order any of them again. I must say, the El Paso burger and the Jesse James burger are my personal favourites.

In addition to the food, I’ve explored their extensive beverage selection. As a fan of Tennant's, I always find myself reaching for the Tennant's Scotch Ale, as it has a strong robust flavour with a lovely caramel finish that beer enthusiasts will certainly appreciate. I strongly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a strong, flavourful brew!

Finally, I'd like to mention the staff working at the pub. Whenever I go there, the servers are always very helpful and always greet you with a smile. They are always happy to make recommendations to anybody who is unsure about what food or drink to have.

Il voto per questo locale...?? ....10 !!! , nessun dubbio ,è sempre piacevole tornarci anche dopo decenni , da soli , da grandi o con i piccoli e meno piccoli.Per i bambini è perfetto , lo amano tutti...!! Il menu è impressionante : antipasti , primi , secondi , pizze , schiacciatine , hot dog , hamburger, fritture varie , dolci , bevande e....birre di tante marche , alla spina davvero uno dei punti di forza del locale....La cucina ottima ,da sempre , gestito dai proprietari in maniera impeccabile , sembra quasi il tempo si sia fermato o che passi lentamente per il Queen Victoria....sempre uguale....immutabile preziosa presenza per grandi e piccoli , un punto di riferimento per Livorno....nemmeno la gentilezza di chi serve è scalfita dal tempo c'è sempre stata e sempre la troverete , altro plauso per i fondatori di questo...

Non mi era mai successa una cosa simile. Dopo tre anni fuori Livorno sono tornata in questo pub e l'ho trovato peggio di prima. Il fatto che sia frequentato da tanti ragazzi giovani non è un problema, lo diventa se non si rispettano regole di sano rispetto reciproco. Io vengo al pub per divertirmi e farmi due chiacchiere con qualche amico ma se devo urlare per parlare allora non ci vengo proprio più. Oltre al rumore e le urla dei ragazzi in più nessuno del pub che interviene per chiedere di abbassare la voce perché ci sono altre persone. Credo sia il minimo da parte dello staff. In più abbiamo aspettato un sacco di tempo oanche solo per avere il menù. Trovo ci sia stata molta distrazione da parte delle cameriere la sera che sono andata. Spero non...
