very tasty sushi. good value for money. we were passing through Livorno, but really wanted delicious sushi. found them on google map with a score of 4.7. This is not a tourist place at all, it is located far from the center. small room, the owners are a young family. service is fast and friendly. all ingredients in sushi and poke were fresh tasty and big. if it is a roll with mango, then the mango is a very large piece, if it is a poke with salmon, then there is a lot of salmon. Ho ordinato 4 pietanze tramite Just heat. Sono andata a ritirarle di persona. Il locale non da l' idea di pulizia estrema,i vetri del bancone non sono cristallini. Il proprietario molto gentile e puntualissimo nella consegna. i ravioli di carne fritti sono davvero buonissimi! Frequento abitualmente ristoranti giapponesi ma non ne avevo mai mangiati di cosi' buoni e croccanti! Gli udon ai gamberetti mi hanno deluso, erano molto unti e non si sentiva affatto il sapore dei gamberi, ma di olio stantio. Gli anelli di totano in tempura (tempura Ika) erano duri e molto unti. Gli ebiten maki roll, abbastanza buoni ma non il top. Le porzioni super abbondanti ed il confezionamento perfetto speso 25€.Sono rimasta delusa perche' avevo letto delle ottime recensioni. magari sono capitata nella giornata...
