I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely unwelcome. The woman serving us was shockingly rude and dismissive, treating me as if I was a burden just for being there. There was zero politeness or professionalism.

As for the food – I ordered a pizza, and the bottom of it was completely burnt. Not slightly crispy or charred – I mean black, bitter, and inedible.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. If you care about good service and decent food, I recommend you stay far away...

Esperienza da non ripetere. Arriviamo alle ore 20.30, ordiniamo subito e alle 21.40 le pizze ancora non erano a tavola. Effettivamente al momento dell'ordinazione la cameriera ci aveva segnalato che ci sarebbe stata un po' di attesa e si propone di portarci dei piccoli antipasti nell'attesa (una porzioncina piccola di pescetti fritti e una porzione piccola di polenta e zola). Tra "un po' di attesa" e un'ora e 10minuti di attesa c'è una bella differenza, gli antipasti "offerti" dalla cameriera alla fine sono pure stati messi nel conto. Conto astronomico: 4 pizze, 2 birre e 2 lattine di coca (e gli antipasti offerti dalla cameriera) 94 euro! Dopo un'ora e passa di attesa per le pizze iniziano a sparecchiare mentre alcuni di noi al tavolo ancora stavano mangiando, personalmente è una cosa che odio, mi hai fatto aspettare un'ora e più? Bene, almeno vorrei mangiare con calma.

La pizza era gommosa e c'era decisamente troppo pomodoro sopra. Al momento del pagamento la ragazza in cassa ha chiesto se fosse andato tutto bene, mio padre ha risposto che assolutamente non era andato tutto bene, facendo nuovamente presente l'attesa esagerata, risposta: la prossima volta venga lei da questa parte del bancone... Che...
