The best pizza we have ever had. For context, we were on the long road from Zurich to Bologna and stopped off here for a very quick dinner. After long delays at the border steeped in beaurocracy and self loathing officials, we realised we hadn't eaten since our brioche bun breakfast in the van and were getting hangry with each other. This place popped up on our map and we were met with smiles and generosity. The food was delicious and very affordable. The wine was welcomed greatly and they even helped us with some water for the drive onwards. Our friendships remain intact.q The owners of this fine place will never know fully our gratitude. But at that moment in time, it was quite simply the best...

Ambiente semplice ma gradevole personale gentile. Testato in contesto non affollato buona velocità nel ricevere quanto richiesto. Qualità della pizza media: senza infamia senza lode. Il mio Termine di paragone è solo la Margherita. Mangio solo quella perché, quando è fatta bene, con adeguata quantità di salsa di pomodoro, mai troppa, e abbondante mozzarella di latte di vacca (che deve essere dolce ma con una leggerissima punta di acidità, appena percettibile) è un piacere diffuso... Una delle mie margherite preferite era quella del delfino quando avevano l'attività in via Paolo Gorini... Ora ne ho assaggiata una a Parma......
