Kinki Sushi Cucina Cinese e Giapponese — Restaurant in Lucca

Recensione fatta durante il Lucca Comics and Games:prenotato per 11 persone il 4/11/17 per le 21-21:15. Arriviamo ed era strapieno,con persone prenotate che aspettavano al bancone in attesa di essere accompagnate al loro tavolo,ma la risposta categorica era:"Sei prenotato?Ok" e la signora di turno se ne andava,senza voler sapere il nome o l'ora della prenotazione,ma sperando di fuggire il prima possibile dalla fiumana di gente sempre più affamata ed inferocita. Non si aspettavano così tanta gente a quanto pare,ma nel momento in cui ti vedi arrivare tante prenotazioni (e nel momento in cui è il sabato durante il Lucca Comics) ti organizzi di conseguenza.Altre persone in coda se ne sono andate dopo un po',ma giustamente perché non venivano calcolate dalla signora/proprietaria al bancone. Il mio gruppo prenotato ed assegnato ad un tavolo da 11,risulta che era stato dato ad altre persone (8) (che abbiamo visto entrare tranquillamente,notare un tavolo libero e sedersi con nonchalance a quel tavolo,tra l'altro)per errore.Ci smistano allora in due tavoli,facendoci aspettare fino alle 21:45 e oltre.Le persone sedute tranquillamente al nostro tavolo non vengono fatte né alzare né niente,mentre bastava andare lì e dire:"Abbiamo sbagliato,il vostro tavolo è prenotato,alzatevi". Ma vabbé.Molto dopo veniamo fatti sedere,alla fine erano le 22. Menù all you can eat a 22,90€ con 3 turni,bevande escluse,se non finisci tutto quello che hai ordinato paghi la percentuale sul totale. Ordiniamo il primo turno,roba cotta e sushi. La roba cotta arriva abbastanza in fretta,il sushi non arriva (sia al tavolo 1 che al tavolo 2 della prenotazione nostra da 11,siccome siamo stati divisi ai due lati opposti di una sala,mente quelli che ci avevano preso il posto erano bellamente nel centro). Per il sushi aspettiamo fino a mezzanotte quasi perché,a detta delle cameriere:"C'è tanta gente questa sera ed hanno ordinato TUTTI sushi" ahimé un po' probabile in un ristorante che fa sushi.Si scopre anche che molte nostre prenotazioni vengono mandate per errore al famoso tavolo che doveva essere nostro e che ha mangiato tantissimo per tutta la sera,trovandosi ordinazioni in più e senza dire niente ((questo dettoci dalle cameriere e dalla proprietaria che interpellate più volte sull'assenza dei nostri piatti,andavano a ricontrollare e scoprivano che:"E per sbaglio i vostri piatti (di entrambi i tavoli) li abbiamo dati a quel tavolo nel mezzo" "quello che doveva essere nostro?" "Già")). Ci vengono anche segnati nel menù e portati piatti MAI ordinati,tra l'altro,MA NON I NOSTRI. Finito tutto andiamo a pagare,due tavoli separati e quindi due conti separati. Nel mio tavolo sul totale ci vengono scontati appena 6 centesimi nonostante il pessimo servizio ed i ritardi.Faccio sapere alla signora i vari problemi e lei sbotta dicendo che "hanno ordinato tutti sushi,cosa ci posso fare".Segue un mio silenzio perché be,è un ristorante di sushi,insomma.Le dico di rammentarsi certe lamentele per il futuro. Alla fine il cibo era buono,menù si caro,ma diviso in 3 turni,ergo un 'mangia quanto vuoi' alla fine. Ma davvero disorganizzati,il menù con le ordinazioni prima di arrivare alla cucina faceva altri 3 passaggi al bancone e poi solo allora lo potevano leggere i cuochi.Aggiungeva altra perdita di tempo inutile.Le cameriere alla fine gentili, mal'organizzazione di per sé pessima.La proprietaria poteva almeno scusarsi di come era stato pessimamente gestito tutto,uno sconto vero ecco,tanto per far sapere che ti dispiace di come hai fatto aspettare in cliente e di come era stato trattato. Prenotato per le 9,ci siaml seduti alle 10,e siamo usciti di lì a mezzanotte inoltrata,dopo aver finito di mangiare a mezzanotte. Non mi stupisce che molti del mio gruppo abbiano avuto indigestione il giorno dopo,avendo mangiato tardissimo e non digerito. Probably the worst sushi we’ve ever had! Me and my family wanted to try out this new sushi place, because some friends said it was really good. When we arrived it took the waiters at least 15mins to give us menus and they completely forgot about chopsticks or forks and knives. We also had some dirty glasses just to make it worst. We then order our first course and the waitress tell us it’s too much food (keep in mind it’s an all you can eat and the most expensive of it’s type with nearly 23€ per person). She brings us 2/3 of what we ordered after 30mins, also most of the food was absolutely not fresh. We decide to re-order the missing 1/3 plus some other food (which is what my family of 4 would order at any sushi bar) on the second course and she keeps telling us that it’s too much. Half of the food we order comes in another 30mins and when we’re about to ask the waitress where’s the rest she says kitchen is closing soon (at 10.45pm, the sushi restaurant closes at midnight). At the moment this is one of the best Japanese / Sushi restaurants in the area. Food quality is very good, serving time is more than adequate even when there's many people. Someone may find the amount of people this place can host a little annoying, during rush hours.. So if you're not too happy about crowded places, avoid being here on Sunday lunch or Saturday evening. Prices are also higher in the evening, but that's expected in this kind of "all you can eat" restaurants. We love eating here and the take away part is also great as they give you a growing discount as the price for your take away food rise. All in all, great place... Just avoid Saturday nights and...
