Al Saraceno Ristorante + Pizzeria — Restaurant in Maracalagonis

We couldn’t order any anti pasti or pizza’s. The waiter told us upfront. No potatoes or grilled veggies which was on the menu. Food which we ordered was tasteless. The fried mushrooms was not cooked fresh, it was warmed up. Pasta with zucchini was tasteless which was a shame because it wasn’t on the menu nevertheless the cook made it (good service). The meat on the barbecue wasn’t cooked rightly. After second time putting it on the barbecue it was a bit better. So, I would not recommend for the food but definitely for the view and the waiters. We were the first ones to arrive to the restaurant, and luckily one of the first tables to order.. The pizza and tagliata were delicious, and the service started off good, .. but went downhill in front of my eyes.. i honestly can't even explain it.. but I think it might be poor management, and lack of communication between bar staff, floor staff and kitchen. We wanted to order some more drinks/ dessert after our meal, but no one ever came back to our table.. we eventually just paid the bill and left.. was a bit disappointing to be honest..I can only imagine how long people must have waited for their meals...

Esperienza deludente sotto ogni aspetto – sconsigliatissimo

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza (gruppo di 5 persone) in questo ristorante è stata estremamente deludente. Nonostante avessimo prenotato con largo anticipo, abbiamo dovuto attendere ben 45 minuti in piedi prima di poterci sedere. Una volta finalmente accomodati, l'attesa non è finita: altri 40 minuti solo per ricevere le bevande, e la cena è arrivata due ore dopo il nostro arrivo, nonostante numerose lamentele.

Il menù è risultato scarno e limitatissimo: solo pizze e una bistecca di manzo o cavallo (tra l’altro terminata al momento dell’ordine). Nessun antipasto, nessun dolce, nessuna alternativa. Una vera delusione, soprattutto perché le foto su Google sono completamente fuorvianti e mostrano piatti che non esistono nemmeno sul menù reale. Un inganno bello e buono.

Il cameriere è stato gentile e ha cercato di rimediare come poteva, ma purtroppo la cortesia da sola non è sufficiente a compensare un servizio così disorganizzato.

Il conto è stata la ciliegina sulla torta: una bistecca di manzo a 35 euro, che ne valeva al massimo 10. Carne mediocre, patate di contorno fredde, vecchie, chiaramente riscaldate e di bassissima qualità.
