Farra did an excellent job accommodating a large group of 16 friends who were there to celebrate my birthday. We were sat outside around sunset (stunning) and the table decor was gorgeous. All of the food was fantastic and served family style which was great because it took the ordering out of the equation. There was an excellent variety of food which was suitable for all of the different diets we had to accommodate for. They even had lactose free cheese....which was incredible, i couldnt tell the difference! Appetizers included large meat/cheese/bread selections as well as delicious fried calamari. All three varieties of green salads were delicious. Then they brought out SO many different types of pizza to try - each one better than the next. Even though we were extremely full, i'm glad we tried all of their desserts because they were all to die for. The table wine (red and white) was great and we even tried their specialty spritz which was outstanding. The wait staff was always smiling and very attentive, they were happy to make alterations when needed. This is a casual spot that feels elevated and special. OH and if you want to listen to some wonderful live music, go on Thursday nights, it was such a treat. Thank...
Read moreGo out of your way to check this place out! We visited with a large group of folks (~15-20 of us, all in our 30s) and the scenery was delightful, quite a surprise for such an unassuming location on the island. Walking into the place kinda felt like we were entering some exclusive European award show. All pizza in Italy (especially southern Italy) is excellent but this had be wanting more with every bite. I had one of the specials, I believe diavola & lamb meat with some veggies? Still dream about it at night. I can echo the other comments regarding the management - a delightful family that was warm, courteous and genuinely attentive to the enjoyment of our lare group. Also, to our surprise a local 3-person band popped up and start jamming out 80s/90s classics along with popular italian songs that had all of the ladies in our group swooning... and all the gents on the dancefloor.
One of, if not THE, favorite night in Sardegna. Hands down the best restaurant we visited throughout our 5-night stay. Will do what we can to make sure we add this spot on our next trip to the...
Read moreI went on a yoga retreat in Sardinia (amazing on its own) we stayed at a villa in the south of the island and we went twice to this restaurant. Once for drinks and dancing on jazz night (the singer and keyboardist was amazing, sounded like frank Sinatra). The ambiance here is literally unreal! There signature drink is like an aperol spritz(the thing to drink in Sardinia btw :) ) and is refreshing! A garnish with a ton of fruit and they bring you high quality snacks with your drinks. Then we came another time for dinner and the food was amazing. They only had the pizza area open but that included salads which were all fresh and topped with lots of different fresh proteins and Local cheeses. The pizza was traditional Italian and tasty! We were in a large group and the service was also impressive. I love it when they bring me lots of wine ;) but also refill my water. Thank you to the great staff and the kind owners for creating a place that I could enjoy the...
