Service: we had to wait, which is not a Problem seeing that it was quite full but no one came to let us know how long it will take and some tables where the customers had left were uncleaned for a while which prevented us from taking a seat sooner. Food: very fast and tasty. While the menu has some items that are the cheapest in Marciana, the bill ended up on the expensive side which was an unpleasant surprise. No menu for desserts. Really delicious food - we had a pizza and a pasta that were both cooked fantastic. It even seemed like the pizza was made with whole wheat flour... 👍 The only downside and reason for the 1 star missing were: service didn't seem in a friendly mood (tip is included in the bill so I guess no need to work for it) and the pasta with shrimps didn't have fresh shrimps but the rather tasteless, e.g. frozen ones which was really a shame. Oltre al pessimo servizio, lunga attesa, una esperienza orribile: Siamo andati al ristorante a cena con tutta la famiglia, io sono arrivata davanti con i bambini perché mio marito era andato a parcheggiare la macchina. Ho chiesto un tavolo per cinque e l'ho aspettato per poter ordinare cosa avremmo mangiato. Il tavolo dove eravamo era molto caldo e siccome mio figlio soffre di epilessia e non si sentiva bene con il caldo, ho chiesto di passare ad un tavolo più ventilato, anche perché non avevamo ancora ordinato nulla, però, prima che potessi spiegare il motivo della richiesta, hanno detto che non potevamo cambiare tavolo in modo scortese e sgarbato... dopodiché come se non bastasse, l'antipatia non ha fatto altro che crescere e abbiamo deciso di andarcene. Mio figlio, che non capiva perché fossimo trattati così male, mi ha chiesto se era perché siamo di colore, ma io non la penso così (anche se in quel momento lo pensavo). Credo che il ristorante semplicemente non sia pronto a ricevere famiglie con persone con bisogni speciali. E nonostante la risposta poco convincente e irrispettosa del proprietario, spero che altre famiglie non subiscano una situazione simile.
