Great place to have a taste of Puglia without the fuss of the fancy restaurants. All local produce and mostly made onsite. They have their own cows and pigs and they just have them processed at another facility. The "restaurant" is next to the butcher shop and it has aircon and shades. The 15 euros menu would feed a small giant. I mean, it s a taste of what this land can offer at an affordable price. 5 stars for quality. It s a family business, with house wine the colour of blood and plastic plates but, to me, these kind of places are 10 times better than proper restaurants with fancy dishes and decoration on their plates.
