Tried this particular restaurant during the Xmas holidays , particular because the culinary offer and combination of products is something which would be easier to find in NYC, London, Sidney etc... basically a sophisticated Michelin Star kind of menu , the lovely surprise is that the food is very good and much better than what you might immagine from reading the menu , compliments to the Chef !!! The interior I loved, a very relaxed and cozy atmosphere, where the Bar is a plus very beautiful and the cocktails are of International level bravo ! What I found a little disappointing is the wine list , wines of the caliber of Gianfranco Fini like Es or simpler but still a local product of high standard like Cantine Sammarzano with a very interesting white like Edda are only two of the better known wineries of excellent standard which could and in my opinion should be on the list , but apart from these well known wineries I am sure there are more little wineries to be discovered so to offer clients some niche products! Defenatly a restaurant to go back to and of such quality which justifies even a little drive to go and taste the excellent cuisine , keep up the...

The secondi did arrive, but was really basic and certainly not the quality of a restaurant that aims to serve fine dining food. Four prawns and some deep fried seafood. We asked to receive our primi dish after our secondi (since it never arrived), but the service was so slow and uninterested, that we ended up just asking for the bill. The setting is really great, and I really wanted to have a good time, but the whole experience was simply slow, with no real interest in the guests, and too many mistakes. So all and all the evening was uncomfortable, and everything was overpriced. A real pity and missed opportunity for...
Read moreIn all honesty the most amazing culinary experience of our entire trip in Salento. We had the pleasure to meet Marta, the owner of the restaurant, that helped us with the wine selection and gave us suggestions on what to eat. They make everything with local produce and you can taste it! I am Italian and my husband is French, we love food and we have to say: the asparagus risotto with bottarga was by far one of the most amazing dishes we have ever eaten. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the region. Thank you Marta for the warm welcome, I hope to...
