Very good bakery, the biscuits were delicious, amazing customer service, tasty, fresh, reasonable prices, huge variety, perfect location, nice shop, kosher, fast service, all types of biscuits Danishes breads bagels rolls cakes muffins, nice seating area outside, allot of drinks to choose from, looking forward to coming here again.

Purtroppo non posso dare meno di una stella! Chiamo per ordinare un dolce ben 4 volte in totale perché:

1. non sapevano dirmi se era possibile farlo,
2. se era possibile averlo ad un certo gusto di frutta,
3. approssimativi nel dare informazioni sul costo di consegna,
4. forse era possibile avere una candelina...forse... Ogni volta ho dovuto richiamare per chiedere informazioni e tutte le volte sono stata liquidata in fretta e furia con la promessa di essere richiamata. Ho avuto il primo contatto venerdì per avere la torta il martedì e il lunedì mattina dopo avermi detto che la torta potevano farla (ma non dicendomi ancora una volta a che gusto) e chiarito che sarei andata a prenderla mi salutano dicendo che mi avrebbero richiamata entro un'ora: sono letteralmente spariti!!! Nessuna chiamata, nessun messaggio, sorpresa e compleanno rovinati perché era un regalo! Mi dispiace ma non si lavora così con il pubblico. Questo comportamento non è rispettoso ed è ridicolo trattare i clienti con tanta superficialità e...
