We were sceptical when we found that the gluten free pizzeria we googled with really cheap pizza was some cornershop with two workers and no inside seats. But alas the menue said that it had gluten free options with every single pizza option available, being certified by the Italian celiac foundation, we thought to give it a try.
When I tell you… THIS WAS THE SINGLE BEST PIZZA I HAVE E.V.E.R. EATEN. Not just the best gluten free, no, THE ABSOLUTE BEST. The crispy edge, the chewy bread, the flavour dripping in every bite. The mere texture was enough to bring tears to my eyes.
Do yourself a favour and go here for lunch/dinner, especially if you have celiacs and have gotten used to the most depressing...
