PYT Dinner Show Milano — Restaurant in Milan

The Scammers! Do not waist time and money! We booked table for dinner show and dj after, weeks in advance. I talked to the people from the place, asked for good table as it was bachelorette party and we wanted everything to be great. The day before dinner they txt me to confirm and I once again asked for the good table so we can see show well. Not once someone mentioned that the shows are cancelled, that the restaurant is going to be empty. Noooo!!!!! They seated us at the table, 7 girls and bride to be, let us order expensive cocktails and wanted us to order food. When I asked them when the show is starting, well then they said oh well it’s cancelled, it is written on our site. We were out of our minds, they were about to destroy our night, we flew to Milan for the bachelorette. The thing got worst when they charged us 70€ for service ( usual thing in nice places but when you do eat). We didn’t want to stay there or eat. We payed everything they asked! But hope they all feel ashamed!!!! The waitress even said that is kind of our fault cause “ who comes to Milan in July “?! “ you know every one is at the sea side so this is why we cancelled the show”. The manager told us that the show was cancelled for night before and for tonight! They could simply tell us this while txt me to confirm, but no! We did had good pizza close to this disaster place, walked in high heels and payed doble taxi fares. Finally we did had fun at some club but PYT Milano is a scam place and nothing like they present on instagram or web. Don’t...

Booked a table for 4 to celebrate my partner’s birthday. We were sat at the worst table from which you basically cannot see any show as the wall was blocking the entire view. You would think that the singers and dancers would actually go around the place to entertain everyone, also those unfortunate ones sitting behind the wall, but that, of course, didn’t happen. As there were 6-7 tables just like ours, all of them complained, since no one was informed that you actually need to CALL beforehand and tell them that you want a stage view table. And the manager’s response was just ridiculous: he pointed out that on the reservation email there is a note that states the above, however once asked to show on my email where exactly this is written (I don’t understand Italian but sure as hell understand English) he was unable to..

At the end, he got us the stage view table, however the whole show was over and we had no intention to stay any longer as the mood was killed right from the beginning..so just to avoid a big fat disappointment, call before and make sure you get a good table where you can see and experience the show.

We booked online and called to make sure our table is in a good place, HOWEVER… we came and they put us in aisle they called it (part of the restaurant) it is a narrow passage with tables where you can’t see the show We requested to be in the dining hall where you can see the show SINCE WE ARE PAYING FOR IT and the blonde waiter/employee was really rude and unprofessional at all, be careful of dealing with her she doesn’t know how to solve problems like the the amazing manager who forced her to put us in the center. The funny thing that she was mad! And refused to serve us and assigned us to another-lovely - waiter .. thank god I hadn’t the need to deal with her and her angry attitude.. funny ..
