Chiunque sia stato a Venezia ha memoria degli eccellenti tramezzini che vengono preparati in laguna. Già in terraferma a Mestre non sono più la stessa cosa. In questo angolo di Rogoredo, periferia sud di Milano, si trova un piccolo laboratorio che produce esattamente i tramezzini in stile veneziano. Un plauso al titolare non solo per la qualità degli ingredienti e la simpatia, ma anche per la fantasia negli accostamenti!

Fortissimo! Tramezzini di vari gusti, originali e belli pieni, tutti freschissimi. Il proprietario è simpaticissimo, il posto pulito. Faccio presente che è un laboratorio, principalmente da asporto, e in più ha qualche tavolino per mangiare lì.. Ti senti a casa, non è un grosso ristorante né tantomeno un posto elegante ;)

Fortissimo! Tramezzini di vari gusti, originali e belli pieni, tutti freschissimi. Il proprietario è simpaticissimo, il posto pulito. Faccio presente che è un laboratorio, principalmente da asporto, e in più ha qualche tavolino per mangiare lì.. Ti senti a casa, non è un grosso ristorante né tantomeno un posto elegante ;)

An amazing experience! Alberto, the owner is very nice! He is from Venice! His tramezzini are very good! If you come to Milan you should stop by or ask for a delivery and enjoy them at your place! Absolutely delicious! The bread and the ingredients...
