Pizzeria Basilicos Minturno — Restaurant in Minturno

I came to eat here with my cousins Who live in grunuovo I'm glad I did the pizza but I received was excellent the potato croquette was in the same shape as a hot dog and was very tasty service was a little upside down as the place was packed but my only gripe was a took 3 hours for the waiter to return to our table with the check.

So I paid using €100And left a €10 tip on the table. I never counted the money I assumed that for the 3 people leaving should have cost me at least €65.

Unfortunately when I got home I realized that they gave us the wrong check they only charged me €25.

My cousins were excited that this establishment lost money but I was upset as I work in the service business as well and do not like to take advantage of anyone especially when they work as hard as they do when I returned to Italy for Easter 2020 I will return to this establishment and pay them the difference. Sarà forse una delle migliori pizze a Minturno (considerando anche il luogo), ma il servizio pessimo e il trattamento vergognoso dei clienti la fanno scivolare all'ultimo posto delle mie preferenze.

Episodio accaduto il 27 agosto.

Cena di primo turno con altri 3 amici. Fritti e pizze sono arrivati in un tempo accettabile, considerando il fatto che lavorano con un solo forno. Cena andata piuttosto bene anche se le pizze in alcune parti erano crude. Una volta pagato decido di andare in bagno. Essendo il locale piccolo, ho pensato per un attimo di non mettere la mascherina, essendo il tragitto porta-bagno molto corto, contravvenendo alle regole. Nel mentre ho incontrato lo sguardo di un cameriere, il quale mi ha intimato con fare assertivo e per niente educato di mettermi la mascherina. Una volta messa su, ho notato che lui la indossava in modo improprio (senza coprire il naso). Una volta uscito dal bagno, gliel'ho fatto notare, e in tutta risposta sono stato aggredito verbalmente in tal modo che la fidanzata del proprietario ha dovuto allontanare il suddetto "cameriere". Nel momento dell'intervento del proprietario, mentre spiegavo con il mio solito normalissimo tono cosa fosse accaduto, sono stato intimato più volte di abbassare la voce in quanto c'erano dei tavoli vicini. Invece di empatizzare per l'accaduto e di scusarsi per l'atteggiamento vergognoso del cameriere, il proprietario non ha fatto nulla per riparare l'accaduto, peggiorando e non di poco la già negativa idea che avevo del locale.

Decisamente sconsigliato, se volete una pizza buona cercatela da qualche...
