Fravento cibo e vino — Restaurant in Mondavio

Location di forte impatto, purtroppo sono arrivata tardi ed era già buio non potendo godere della vista esterna che completa l'esperienza.

Sala interna semplice, scaldata dal lume di candela, notevole l'architettura i soffitti a cassettoni danno ulteriore calore all'ambiente.

Presi due panini con carne marchigiana, buns artigianali ben lievitati e soffici, avrei cotto meno la carne mantenendolo più succosa ed avrei aggiunto un gusto più pungente rispetto alle ortiche, che sbianchite restano neutre, un fermentato o una fogliolina di senape ma nel complesso il piatto funziona bene, è abbondante ed ha un costo contenuto.

Il tutto accompagnato da patatine novelle in purezza con la loro buccia e maionese casalinga.

Purtroppo la birra marchigiana in carta non era disponibile ed ho ripiegato su un Terracruda Orcio Sangiovese.

Preso dessert semifreddo al caffè con cioccolato e croque di caramello ma andrebbe rivisto.
