Outstanding food and service. This was one of our favorite dining experiences in Italy so far. The waitress (I didn’t catch her name) was beyond attentive - to the point that she had our meals plated separately when we split dishes. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured - it was nice to order one thing at a time, with pointed recommendations. Very good service. The food was nothing short of phenomenal. The tuna cheesecake (sounds odd, I know) was mind blowing. Gnocchi was delightful and rich, tuna was fatty and flavorful. Crème brûlée was spectacular, as well. Everything clicked into place and the prices weren’t outrageous. I’d honestly put this above most fine dining experiences we’ve ever had. Would happily recommend this for a nice date night.

Nice Restaurant with a charming atmosphere in the side Streets of Moneglia. The menu was Fresh and seasonal what we appreciated. It was a bit confusing because the waitress did not speak english and we were tourists. Eventhough they were super generous and did not charge us for one of the main dishes and also not for the Grappas and Coffees because we could not finish all we ordered (3 Courses). But it was really just because of the quantities - the Food was delicious.

Ambientazione bistrot (testimoniata dalla presenza di ostriche in menù e dall'arredo Shabby) con ampia e luminosa sala aperta sul passeggio, pochi tavolini all'aperto ma in posizione strategica a girare l'angolo dello stretto carrugio, risultato: ombra e buona ventilazione anche in una giornata assolata e caldissima, circondati da fiori, molto piacevole. Il menù, già ricco e interessante, si incrementa con dei fuori menù esaltanti che rendono difficile la scelta: alla fine capitoliamo su una tartare di tonno al profumo di chinotto condita (da noi) con sale di Maldon e olio evo ligure; spaghettoni con bottarga, pinoli e Armagnac; guanciale di manzo da pascolo brasato (superfluo l'uso del coltello) con purè di topinambur; sorbetto di limone e salvia. Tutto annaffiato con un rosso locale inaspettato (sì, un rosso) e chiuso con un vermouth rosso con forti note di rabarbaro e genziana offerto dalla casa. Ospitalità squisita, cordialità elegante, musica di sottofondo sofisticata, prezzo equo e porzioni adeguate. Una esperienza, più che un pranzo. Se siete nel raggio di 50 km, vale il viaggio.

Service was very nice. We asked to share a dish and it was served already split on two plates, which was nice and without additional cost.

Food was visually well looking, but tastes were not ours.

We found tastes generally very intense and salty, no fine balance or equilibrium, but each dish had one extremely dominant flavour, e.g. Pasta in redfish ragu had more taste of cheese and cream than red fish monk fish with artichoke cream consisted of 70% artichoke cream and 30% monk fish with a very strong salty artichoke taste Tuna in pistachio crust tasted very strong like the salty pistachio crust

At this price, I would expect a much better quality of the dishes, therefore...

We have been in this wonderful town for tge past few days staying at the Abbia which has been fantastic.We were recommended Bistrot Juua.we wandering down tge wonderful pasageway and when we arrived we knew we were in for a treat.The welcome was warm,tge table was set beautifully.We had cocktails then recommended a very good vermentino.Tge menu was local and with a bent towards Liguran food We had a stuffed ancovy,a duck dish a beyatiful squid dish finished with excellent deserts.We eat around the world and will definitely recommend and return to this wonderful town...
