Outstanding food and service. This was one of our favorite dining experiences in Italy so far.
The waitress (I didn’t catch her name) was beyond attentive - to the point that she had our meals plated separately when we split dishes. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured - it was nice to order one thing at a time, with pointed recommendations. Very good service.
The food was nothing short of phenomenal. The tuna cheesecake (sounds odd, I know) was mind blowing. Gnocchi was delightful and rich, tuna was fatty and flavorful. Crème brûlée was spectacular, as well. Everything clicked into place and the prices weren’t outrageous.

Food was visually well looking, but tastes were not ours.
We found tastes generally very intense and salty, no fine balance or equilibrium, but each dish had one extremely dominant flavour, e.g. Pasta in redfish ragu had more taste of cheese and cream than red fish monk fish with artichoke cream consisted of 70% artichoke cream and 30% monk fish with a very strong salty artichoke taste Tuna in pistachio crust tasted very strong like the salty pistachio crust
