Ristorante Vela — Restaurant in Moneglia

[scroll down for review in italian or english] Wir haben die Lasagne gegessen und waren enttäuscht. Sie wurde nicht frisch gemacht, sondern in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt. Innen war sie sehr kalt, außen an einigen Stellen heiß. Die Portionen waren so klein, dass sogar unser Kind noch hungrig war. Die Servicegebühr war unangemessen hoch, besonders im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants.

We ate the lasagna and were disappointed . It was not freshly made , but warmed up in the microwave . Inside it was very cold, hot outside in some parts . The portions were so small that even our child was still hungry . The service fee was unreasonably high , especially compared to other restaurants .

Abbiamo mangiato le lasagne e siamo rimasti delusi . Non è stato appena fatto , ma riscaldato nel forno a microonde . All'interno era molto freddo , caldo fuori in alcuni luoghi . Le porzioni erano così piccola che anche il nostro bambino era ancora fame . Il costo del servizio è stato irragionevolmente alto, soprattutto rispetto ad altri...

Premessa: Giornata uggiosa. Abbiamo deciso di non fare spiaggia ma di visitare paesi: dopo una scappatina in mattinata a Sestri Levante abbiamo optato sulla strada del ritorno dí fermarci a Moneglia per il pranzo e per una camminata. Cercavamo un ristorante dove pranzare e LA VELA ha fatto al caso nostro. Abbiamo chiamato per prenotare il tavolo ed il ragazzo molto gentilmente ci ha proposto di sistemarci all’interno visto il peggioramento del meteo: saletta piccolina, con luce soffusa. Hanno spazio principalmente nella veranda estiva. Ristorante nel ❤️ del centro storico del Paese che tra l’altro merita di essere visitato, anche solo per una passeggiata. Servizio veloce sia per le ordinazioni che nel servire piatti, attenti e scrupolosi. Porzioni normali - rapporto qualità prezzo 🆗. Personale gentile, sorridente e garbato come piace a me: oltre al buon cibo ed al buon servizio, é un plus in più avere addetti che ti accolgono e si presentano sempre col sorriso 🙂 A me mette di buon umore. ☺️ Rimango dell’idea che Gentilezza chiama gentilezza 💕

Prezzi nella norma. Abbiamo preso un fritto misto, un fritto di calamari, un piatto di assaggi di mare, una patata fritta, un’acqua naturale, un litro di bianco della casa, due caffè e una grappa = €99 in 3. Ci dovesse ricapitare di essere in zona lo terremo sicuramente in considerazione 😊

Spontan und ohne Reservierung erhielt ich als Einzelperson einen frei gewordenen Tisch und der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, wie ich es alleinreisend in Italien leider selten erlebe, was ich oft bedaure!

Das Lokal war am Abend voll und vor allem alleinreisend hat man leider oft in Italien das Gefühl nicht willkommen zu sein, da freie 2er Tische lieber mit 2 oder mehr Gästen besetzt werden sollen, die mehr Umsatz bringen und es obendrein schlicht nicht üblich ist, dass man alleine zum Essen erscheint!

Die „Spaghetti Vela“ mit Meeresfrüchten waren sehr schmackhaft und mit einem Salat Mista und frischem, weichem Weißbrot ausreichend auch als Hauptgericht. Sometimes you feel not welcome in Italy when you ask for a table as a single as it is not common to go out alone and even small tables can rather be sold for 2 than just to a single person!
