Ai Campi di Marcello — Restaurant in Monfalcone

I stayed at Ai Campi Di Marcello Hotel on Friday 26th September 2014 and highly recommend a stay to anyone visiting Malfalcone. My colleagues and I were in the area to visit Fincantieri Shipyard and the hotel was nearby with models and wonderful paintings of cruise ships inside that set the scene and enhanced our all round experience. We were incredibly well looked after from start to finish, check in was made easier with having a gentleman at reception that could speak very good English, the rooms were very comfortable and clean and the pasta and wine at the Ristorante Ai Campi di Marcello was delicious - The restaurant was also very interesting with various antiques and paintings on display - All is of great character, coupled with quality cuisine and superb service...

I stayed week at Hotel ai Campi early this year. My room (a single) was small, but modern, perfectly clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were helpful and gracious with my stumbling Italian. The neighborhood is pleasant, safe and untouristy, convenient to downtown, the stadium and the shipyards. Parking is available. The hotel restaurant serves excellent Atlantic seafood, with outdoor seating at the back, for lovely warm northern-Italian summer evenings. All in all, good value for the cost.
