The reason we visited for lunch today was to sample the seafood/fish as described by other reviews and the owner's description. Unfortunately we were offered only one single seafood dish (pasta with minced shrimp), which was basic and just OK. €49 for two drinks and two bowls of average pasta was steep. Mama mia what a hidden gem, what a delicious sea food! Wasn't totally sure to go through the door as the time of visit was around 3 PM when basically all good restaurants close down until evening in the region. But luckily the owner welcomed us with a broad warm smile and helped us to the table. All the dishes we ordered were pure delight, simple, tasty and beautifully layered. Please have a go, or you may regret eating...

Uoravo sam imala priliku da posetim Bar Ettore u Monfalconu, i to je bio pravi gastronomski užitak! Osim što je ambijent prijatan i domaćinski, najviše me oduševilo jelo – taljatele sa gamborima. Ovo jelo je jednostavno savršeno! Taljatele su bile domaće, savršeno al dente, a gamori su bili ne samo sveži, već i prepuni bogatog okusa. Kombinacija mirisa mora i delikatan, ali bogat umak stvaraju nezaboravan doživljaj.

Veliku pohvalu zaslužuju i svi radnici u restoranu. Prijateljski i ljubazni, uvek spremni da pomognu i preporuče najbolje opcije iz menija. Celokupno iskustvo bilo je besprekorno, od usluge do kvaliteta hrane. Bar Ettore je definitivno mesto na kojem ću ponovo uživati, a ovo jelo sa gamborima bih svakako preporučila svima!
