We discovered this place by accident while looking for a small restaurant for dinner.
It turned out to be one of the best food we had in Tuscany. The owner/chef/waiter is a very friendly guy who absolutely went the extra mile to make sure we'll get to try his delicious pasta. We communicated via Google Translate, also quickly landed on a couple Tuscan (and in one case Roman) classics.
The "Pappardelle al Ragu di Cinghiale" (Pappardelle with wild boar ragu) was one of the best we had over the years in Tuscany. Nothing fancy, just down right exceptional cooking with good flavours.
Feeling a little adventurous, we also got the Cacio e Pepe, but with the Siena pasta Pici. A new combination for me, but delicious nevertheless.

We loved this place so much that we returned every day to have dinner. There is no written menu but one of the lovely waitresses tells you what is on the menu today. The cook seems to be the mother of the waitresses and she cooks just sooooo good. The whole atmosphere is very comfortable (rather simple but that is what we love) and the service is exceptional. We loved it and can not recommend that place enough!

Unfortunately no AC, fuori is under roof and wine should be kept colder in those hot days (we were allowed to store the caraffa for 30mins in icebox😁)
