Beautiful little restaurant with excellent Sicilian dishes in Montellegro, right on the piazza. Parking was right next door. There were 4 of us and we had the grotto misto and mussels to start, then each had a pasta dish for a main. All were excellent and flavourful. Service was timely and attentive. The place was empty when we arrived for 7:30 but was full by 8pm, so reservations are recommended. They have 3 floors with the top being a rooftop patio. Definitely worth the drive from Agrigento to visit the town and...

Very good simple food. Had the pasta with artichoke cream and another alla norma. They were also nice enough to accommodate my picky daughter and made a simple tomato sauce pasta dish for her. Also tried the octopus on mashed potatoes. Every was fresh well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The portions were generous but not off putting. Would have loves to try their desserts but was too stuffed. Will be fir another time....

Ogni anno la prima Etappe Dennys , Cocktail e gelati . Siamo arrivati ieri sera , il ragazzo mi domanda gentilissimo quanti persone siamo ( 12 più bambini) ed inizia ad uscire dei tavoli fuori . Ad un tratto esce il Padre del titolare molti sgarbato senza salutare e mi rimprovera dicendomi che non gli posso bloccare tutti i tavoli . Aparte che il paese a quell ora era quasi vuoto non c’era la fila di persone . Io gli dico che siamo in 12 e in 2 mini tavolini non ci andiamo. E che vogliamo consumare dei cocktail ( come gli anni precedenti) . Dopo che gli ho detto che andiamo da un altra parte si è offeso e se ne andato . Mi dispiace per la mala figura che ho fatto con i miei cognati portati apposta a montallegro a farci mangiare il miglior gelato che Denny ovviamente fa . La gente del posto che sta due ore con un cono seduta ( la mia osservazione ) viene rispettata . Noi turisti trattati così . Mi dispiace tantissimo Perché a stile di ristorante e gelateria e fortissimo , ma l’arroganza del padre...
