Blu Ristorante — Restaurant in Monte di Procida

WoW!! The best word to describe our dinner is WoW.

The location is lovely, and the restaurant is gorgeous. Of course, everything is “BLU”, but the different tones and shades of BLUE work very well together, creating a very, magical atmosphere.

Fabio, our waiter, and sommelier was extremely knowledgeable about the dishes, the wines, and making sure we had a wonderful night.

Finally, the food.

We had a full meal, with multiple appetizers, primo, secondo e dessert; and all of them were very well made and beautifully presented.

The first CRUDO was absolutely the best one I have ever had in my life. The Tuna was scrumptious, the scallops were delightful, and the Scorfano used for both, the primo and secondo was perfectly cooked, and extremely enjoyable.

The dessert presentation was so charming, and the taste was so delicious.

This restaurant is an experience. The food is delish, not to mention they know their wines and alcohol as in what goes with what. Offering Italian wines, although they may not be local. Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante. Locale molto bello spazioso e arredato con stile, forse per certi versi un po’ eccessivo. Affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia ed ha un parcheggio interno privato. Il cameriere molto disponibile ci ha fatto accomodare e ci ha subito portato un flûte di vino spumante con un piccolo assaggio. Il pranzo è stato servito molto velocemente era tutto buonissimo e preparato con cura. Le portate erano gourmet quindi giuste non molto abbondanti, ma era tutto fresco e di ottima qualità.
