ZERO STARS for service by Salvatore. We ordered menu fisso and were not offered the water and wine that we paid for that is included in the order. 100% tourist theft going on here! When I told him I review restaurants for a career he dared ask me “what company do you work for?”…. A rude, unapologetic employee.

His colleague was always in a rush taking our order even when the restaurant was only 15% full. Terrible, inattentive servers.

They brought bread and oil, without a plate! We had to ask for that.

Beef tartare: BLAND. You get the raw beef with ingredients on the side. Absolutely no flavor, and you do all the work yourself to blend the ingredients!

Tagliata di Manzo: i asked for MEDIUM i received medium well, almost well done. It was chewy and BLAND. No flavor.

The hamburger we ordered was flavorless. Absolutely terrible compared to other restaurants I reviewed nearby.

The menu fisso item we ordered included meat, salad, and pasta. The pasta was perfect. The meat was absolutely disgusting and undercooked.

Skip this place if you want good service and food worth eating. If you are a tourist who doesn’t speak italian GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BESIDES THIS TOURIST TRAP.

Shame on you Salvatore!
