I give one star out of 5 for 2 reasons: out of the 4 courses for 4 people ordered, 3 were drowned in salt. Avevo notato un altro cliente farsi ritirare il panino. Purtroppo la crema di burrata nel Ponto non è stata messa nel mio panino Ponto. E costa. Ci avevano tolto tutti i menù quindi non ero sicuro di quali ingredienti dovevano esserci. Tornato a casa ho controllato e ho visto la fregatura. Se ordini da qui prendi altre cose. Una crema di burrata dovrebbe essere perlomeno visibile. E sì, so cos'è una crema di burrata. Nulla a che vedere con la rappresentazione grafica che esagera come le prime pubblicità del mulino bianco.

Edit: Sono d'accordo che il servizio è una cosa seria, non a caso ho messo 4 stelle. Oltre a questo, grazie per aver ammesso la possibilità di un errore dopo una lunga premessa provocatoria. Il fatto di aver visto un cliente farsi ritirare il panino non è un opinione, è un fatto e non vedo dove io abbia detto che il suo panino fosse del mio stesso tipo. E non c'è bisogno di fare gli scontrosi. Per quanto riguarda l'utilizzo della parola "fregatura" e l'aneddoto delle pubblicità mulino bianco fa capire come mi sono sentito più che le vostre intenzioni. Vuol dire che sono capitato in uno di quei momenti non ricorrenti in cui avete fatto 2 errori nello stesso timeframe e questo spiega la vostra sensazione "strana" della mia recensione. Detto questo, sicuramente siete seri e le pietanze sono preparate da uno che ha una formazione, di certo non al basso livello di "ristoranti" come "La kambusa" a Morciano di Leuca dove ti tossiscono sul piatto e la qualità del cibo è scadente in modo evidente....
