Oro Bianco — Restaurant in Naples

The food and service here was amazing. I am a native english speaker with no experience speaking Italian. The waitstaff only spoke Italian, but they tried really hard to communicate with me - and did an excellent job given the circumstances. I had a pasta dish with seafood. The pasta was homemade. The veggies were fresh and very tasty. And the ratio of clams to everything was more than fair!! It was so filling and delicious. I would also recommend getting the pizza because it smelled amazing, looked delicious, and the people I saw who did get it seemed to really enjoy it! I wish I wasn't so full because I really wanted to try the pizza too! I cannot thank the people here enough for the great food and...

I HATE to get cover charge (which is a regular practice in Italia so ok) AND a 15% service charge, which I didn't noticed when browsing the menu... both extra charge should be indicated in a clearer way. In the end, 1.50€ service charge, plus 15% makes a ridiculous 1.65€ cover charge!!!

About the food, the pizza was ok. The dough was great, but I've already had better tomato sauce. Unfortunately, the tiramisù is a real miss. Only one thin layer of biscuit at the bottom, very dry biscuit, and way too much cream.

I went here for dinner but I'm glad I was a little full. The pizza took 50 minutes to arrive. I couldn't believe it. They were offering takeout while 10 people were waiting for pizza inside the restaurant. There are two stone ovens, and apparently, they're not enough. Many people left the place, cursing. I waited patiently for the pizza to arrive. The pizza wasn't bad, but I waited so long that I couldn't enjoy it. If you think you can wait a long time, then you're welcome. And the other thing that bothered me was that no one spoke a word...
